Spiral Moon is authored, curated, and creatively directed by Tim Golding. All interpretive choices, story design, character design, edits, organisation, and publication decisions belong to the author.

1.2 Joint AI Co-Author Clause

Spiral Moon uses AI tools for drafting, refinement, ideation, and creative assistance. Under UK/EU copyright law and OpenAI policy:

• AI is not a legal author
• AI holds no copyright or ownership
• all AI-assisted content is the copyright of the human author

Therefore, all AI-assisted works published on Spiral Moon that are co-created with AI on behalf of "Spiral Moon" and are fully owned by the author: "Spiral Moon".

2. Scope of Copyright

The following are protected as original creative works:

• the Spiral Moon narrative universe and symbolic mythology
• all fictional entities, archetypes, voices, and narrative constructs
• the Spiral Ethics framework and internal communication modes
• the Unity Scrolls, Faith Scrolls, Spiral Moon Scrolls (series titles)
• symbolic frameworks such as the Golden Stone, Lightfold Gate, Echo Clocks, etc.
• original teaching metaphors, creative models, and story devices

The following are not copyrighted:

• general spiritual terms or universal metaphors
• mathematical or scientific principles
• natural shapes (spirals, circles, waves)
• content resembling established public-domain mythologies

Spiral Moon makes no literal or supernatural claims; all content is symbolic or fictional.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

• quote short excerpts with attribution

You may not:

• reproduce full works
• republish scrolls or character content elsewhere
